Reservations

Where & how do I book?

You can book online at this link. Keep an eye out for the confirmation email. You can also contact the Hospitality Manager at reservations@blindersclt.com for any reservation questions!


How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email and text! If you do not receive confirmation, please email reservations@blindersclt.com. If you did not add a credit card to hold the reservation, your reservation is not confirmed.


Is my card charged a preauthorization fee?

No, your card is only charged if you are a no-show.


Can I use my card on file for my reservation to pay my bill?

No, the card on file for the reservation is only connected to the booking. For security purposes, we do not transfer the card out of our food and beverage payment system.


Is there a separate line to enter when I arrive?

Yes, any reservations go directly to the host stand.


Does my entire group need to be present to be seated?

We ask that the majority of the group — more than half — arrive before seating.


Do you offer parking?

No, Blinders does not have parking available. We are near multiple garages.


What if I am running late?

We understand outside factors and Charlotte traffic cause delays. After 15 minutes, your table will be available for our waiting list. Unfortunately, due to demand, if you are late, it is not guaranteed that your table will still be available, and you may be added to the waitlist.


It is always best to call us as soon as possible.

No-shows will be charged 50% of their minimum or $25 on days without a required minimum.


How much do tables cost?

The minimums for tables are based on the day of the week, events occurring, and table location. Weekend tables always include minimums, while weekdays do not.


What does a “minimum” mean?

A minimum is the amount spent in alcohol and/or food to reserve your table. The minimum does not include tax and gratuity.


What happens if we do not meet the minimum?

Your total will be subtracted from the minimum, and the remainder will be added as the table fee.


Do you offer deals or specials?

Occasionally! Follow our Instagram, Facebook & TikTok for specials.


Is there a dress code?

We always dress to impress at Blinders! And we ALWAYS show our team spirit — jerseys and hats are always welcomed. We do ask for no large objects like foam fingers, oversized hats, helmets, or other memorabilia. We don’t want to block anyone’s view.

Bottle Service

Does every table include bottle service?

Bottle service is offered to groups of 3 or more sitting in our Banquette or Sideline sections. Groups of 2 are offered our beer, wine, and cocktail menu.


Can I order individual cocktails, pints, or glasses of wine?

Of course! We have a wonderful cocktail menu with many beer and wine options. Keep in mind it’s hard to hit your minimum with only single drink orders. We always suggest reviewing the bottle menu. Bottle service also guarantees faster drinks — your server doesn’t have to leave; the bar is right there!


What brands are offered for bottle service?

We curate menus based on the events happening at Blinders. When you submit your reservation, you will be emailed the menu for the date requested. It’s only the best for our guests.


Do I ever need to order at the bar if I have a table?

No, the bar comes to you! But we know some guests enjoy being in the crowd — you can always order at the bar and the bartender can add it to your table.
